The Israel Experience:

PROFESSIONAL SEMINARS

W.Z.O. Student Department

  • Purpose:

    Expose advanced students to professional possibilities in Israel; generate interest in Israeli universities and industries; establish long-term contacts between up-and-coming professionals from abroad with their Israeli counterparts; explore professional opportunities and further educational advancement in Israel.

  • Process:

    Field trips - visit universities, ministries, appropriate research facilities and institutions. Meet with professionals in government, various associations and industrialists. Study sessions. View audio-visual presentations by government ministries and leading industries showing Israeli advances in specific fields.

  • Implementors:

    Facilitators have background in the designated area, experienced in organizational skills.

  • Project coordinator:

    The W.Z.O. Student Department Professional Seminars program has extensive experience in leading university student groups. It has background in specific targeted groups and the administrative, organizational and logistical ability to co- ordinate government, academic and industrial factors.

  • Target group: High-tech, business and economics students

  • No. of Participants: 15-20.

  • Duration of activity: 10 days.

  • Location of activity: Entire country.

  • Aids and materials: None.

  • Special requirements: M.A., M.B.A., M.S.C. students preferable
