divisions of the Department and in Jewish communities worldwide.
- Emphasizes and
prioritizes programs and projects in Israel with emphasis on
Israel's unique and multi-faceted significance.
- Develops in-house
plans, programs and projects, fosters co-operation and exchange
between relevant organizations and agencies.
- Performs long-term
evaluations, appraisals, formulates conclusions for review and
improvement.
