- Locates, blueprints
and initiates training programs for educators currently or
potentially active within the Department and in Jewish communities
worldwide.
- Provides quality
training solutions for all the departmental needs (including
the Jewish Agency Center for Shlichim (emissaries)), both
through direct implementation of training programs and through
fostering co-operation and exchange between relevant bodies
and institutions.
- Performs long-term
evaluations, appraisals and formulates conclusions - for review
and improvement.
