Responsible
for design, implementation and maintenance of technological
systems esential for effective functioning and efficiency
of all divisions of the Department.

Responsible for co-ordination of all computerized systems
with the Agency (Lalan), and other technological projects
with the Agency.

Responsible for overall management and implementation of the
educational website, the Pedagogic Center, library, databases,
information management systems, distance-distance learning
programs and the operation of the CRM systems.

Responsible for designing methodologies and technologies suitable
for educational programs in Diaspora.

Performs long-term evaluations, appraisals and formulates
conclusions - for review and improvement.
